TanZo-Go, our retail operation, has been awarded the National Express "Group Account Of The Year" accolade. A big "Well Done" to all our staff for producing excellent sales result and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service.

14th January 2013

Our newest branch opens, at Wythenshawe Town Centre, in South Manchester. This our first high street branch, offering the same portfolio of products as our other retail sites. Wythenshawe offers a very dense population index within the Greater Manchester area, and is a pick-up point for many of the operators, whose products we sell. As a team, we are very confident that we can make it work at this location and have so far had very encouraging results.

12th December 2011

Our Mansfield branch opens, located at Mansfield Bus Station, providing ticket sales, journey advice, as well as a variety of holiday, theatre break & hotel products. "We chose to re-employ the staff who served at that ticket office prior to its closure, which is to ensure the best possible continuity of service and local knowledge is maintained for the people of Mansfield" says TPS Managing Director Mr Derek G Scott.

8th October 2010

On Friday 8 October, the TanZo-Go Blackpool ticket office moved to its new location at the New Central Coach Station, near Blackpool Tower. Derek G Scott, Managing Director, TanZo Passenger Services said, "For regular customers, people travelling to Blackpool and residents travelling further a field in the UK, the new facilities at Blackpool Central Coach station are an enormous boost.  We are really proud of the new facilities, the staff love it and we look forward to welcoming people here."


Councillor Maxine Callow, Member for Tourism and Regeneration at Blackpool Council said: “Bringing people in to the town is paramount and so we created the new Central Coach station to appeal to coach companies as it gives the advantage of dropping their customers right in the centre of the town where everything is close by. ”


Mike Lambden, Head of Public Affairs for National Express said, “Getting to Blackpool by coach is extremely popular from all parts of the UK and the journey experience is always improving. We are delighted to officially mark the move of the Blackpool Central Coach station and we’d like to thank everybody involved for their efforts.”
