Terms, Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Definitions

In these Conditions of Booking, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to TanZo Passenger Services, trading as TanZo-Go and “you” and “your” are references to the person booking the Holiday with us, or anyone they are booking for. “The Holiday” and & “Travel Product(s)” means the holiday or journey which you have reserved and which will be provided to you by a third party operator.

2. Transportation

When you contact us to make a booking, we act as an agent for the travel & holiday company who are the provider of the transportation and/or holiday services. We reserve the right to substitute the carrier if necessary. When we have confirmed your booking a contract exists under which the carrier accepts responsibility for the provision of all transport & holiday services described in their brochure or on their website, subject to their own terms & conditions.

3. Delivery & Contract

1. By purchasing a travel product you are entering into a contract with the relevant operator who provides the service. Under the Contract the relevant operator agrees, subject to their Conditions of Booking and the Confirmation of Booking, to provide travel or holiday services to you. TanZo-Go, as the ticket agent, will provide you and anyone on whose behalf you book the Holiday, Hotel, Attraction or Travel Product with a unique reference/ticket number from the relevant Operator.

2. This unique reference may be supplied in person on our booking confirmation, or if booked on-line and over the phone via email or by text message.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

1. Refunds & Cancellations are subject to the relevant operators’ refund & cancellation policies. Please see below examples of the policies, as displayed on the operators’ websites:

3.. We advise that you take out travel insurance to protect you and anybody you book for from cancellation charges and other expenses resulting from a cancellation.
